Hardenbergh Insurance Group is seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Client Services Representative (Personal Insurance) to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll support our Personal Insurance team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with policy-related requests, and ensuring critical service needs are handled accurately and efficiently. You'll play an important role in creating a positive client experience while supporting the overall success of the agency.
Location: Marlton, NJ or Vineland, NJ
What You'll Do:
Client Support & Service
- Answer incoming calls and direct clients to the appropriate team members as part of the agency phone team
- Process client requests for evidence of insurance and related documentation
- Handle urgent mortgage company requests on behalf of clients
- Process client payments received by phone
- Assist clients with time-sensitive service requests when their Account Manager is unavailable
- Provide prompt, professional support while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Account Administration
- Maintain accurate client records within the Agency Management System in accordance with agency standards
- Navigate carrier websites and online systems to process client requests and obtain information
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Support department operations through special projects and assignments as requested by leadership
Operational Excellence
- Follow established departmental processes and workflows
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Identify and resolve issues proactively while escalating complex matters appropriately
- Contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team environment
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of insurance experience required
- Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and related applications)
- Ability to navigate insurance carrier websites, systems, and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Target Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
