The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of the Talent Team and is responsible for sourcing top talent across the organization.  This person must possess keen attention to detail, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks on an ongoing basis, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

·         Establish and cultivate strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure roles are filled with high-quality talent across platform companies

·         Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance

·         Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment

·         Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders

·         Administer candidate assessments and reference checks

·         Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers

·         Provide a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process

·         Maintain accurate and complete data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Sourcing

·         Build strong candidate pipelines using sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, career fairs, and employee referrals

·         Utilize market insights and recruiting tools to identify and engage high-potential talent

Diversity, Equity & Employer Brand

·         Embed inclusive hiring practices in sourcing, selection, and interviewing

·         Promote a consistent, equitable, and engaging candidate experience

·         Support Unison’s employer brand through thoughtful candidate interactions and community-facing recruiting efforts

Success in this role is measured by:

·         Timely and effective achievement of hiring goals (e.g., time to fill, quality of hire)

·         Positive feedback from hiring managers and candidates

·         Contribution to diverse hiring outcomes and representation goals

·         Strong pipeline development and proactive sourcing efforts

·         Accurate and compliant use of ATS and recruiting processes

Qualifications

·         5+ years of recruiting within the insurance industry, OR insurance experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented structure

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred
