SUMMARY

The Account Executive is responsible for delivering a high-quality, proactive service experience for Private Client Group clients. This role partners closely with Risk Advisors and service team members to develop and execute client-specific service strategies.

The Account Executive builds strong client relationships, evaluates risk and coverage needs, and collaborates with internal and external partners to design and deliver effective insurance solutions.

In this role, you will contribute by:

  • Developing and executing tailored client service strategies
  • Evaluating existing coverage programs and recommending coverage, carrier, and program structure enhancements
  • Managing the development of proposals, coverage comparisons, and service deliverables to support client decision-making
  • Building strong, trust-based client relationships through proactive communication and ownership of service plans
  • Analyzing risk exposures and recommending appropriate solutions aligned with client needs
  • Explaining coverage, options, and program changes clearly and confidently to clients
  • Managing deadlines, competing priorities, and service timelines effectively
  • Developing high-quality submission packages for underwriters
  • Negotiating coverage terms, pricing, and structure with carriers on behalf of clients
  • Reviewing and comparing carrier quotes and presenting recommendations
  • Staying current on market conditions, coverage trends, and carrier strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client programs through additional products or services
  • Following defined workflows, processes, and service standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Meeting internal performance metrics, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Collaborating closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of service deliverables
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to account strategy discussions
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client and company information
  • Supporting additional projects and initiatives as needed

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within insurance industry 
  • Active 220 and 440 insurance license 

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree or relevant coursework
  • Insurance or risk management designation (CIC, CRM, etc.)
